Job Responsibilities
- Market Development and Customer Acquisition: Responsible for expanding the customer base in industries such as fresh-air air conditioners, air purifiers, and gas‑monitoring instruments; formulating and implementing sales strategies; possessing the ability to develop new customers from scratch and establish distribution channels; and continuously increasing the market share of the company’s products.
- Customer Relationship Maintenance and Management: Deeply uncover customer needs, provide expert product selection, technical support, and system solutions, establish and sustain long-term, stable customer relationships, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and drive repeat purchases and deeper collaboration.
- Sales Target Achievement: Develop personal sales plans and performance objectives to ensure the successful completion of company‑assigned sales targets, cash collection goals, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Market Information Collection and Analysis: Closely monitor industry developments, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback; regularly compile and submit market analysis reports to provide a solid foundation for the company’s product development, market strategy adjustments, and sales decision-making.
- Exhibition and Event Participation: Actively attend domestic and international trade shows and technical seminars in the environmental protection, HVAC, and instrumentation industries to promote the brand, showcase products, and expand the customer base, thereby enhancing the company’s visibility and influence within the industry.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Technical Support, Production, and other departments to ensure timely response to and fulfillment of customer needs, thereby jointly driving the smooth delivery of projects.
Job Requirements
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with majors in electrical engineering, automation, environmental engineering, instrumentation, marketing, international trade, or related fields are preferred.
Work experience
- Possess at least three years of sales experience in the sensor, electronic components, environmental protection equipment, or related industries, with a proven track record of successful market expansion and customer acquisition.
- Preferred qualifications: Candidates with sales experience in MEMS sensors or gas sensors (e.g., CO2, VOC) are preferred; those who possess established customer networks or distribution channels in industries such as fresh-air systems, air purifiers, and gas‑monitoring instruments are also given priority.

- Market and Product Planning: Responsible for market research and competitive analysis of the sensor product line, formulating product strategies and roadmaps; identifying technological differentiators, defining product specifications and application scenarios, and producing requirement documents.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end development and iterative refinement of new sensor products, collaborating across departments to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; establish pricing strategies, control costs, and enhance product competitiveness.
